How do I place an order?

Online at www.kdpstore.org  with a credit card.  Order form can be completed at check out from the web site and mailed with a check or faxed with a purchase order or credit card information.

Purchase Orders can be mailed or faxed to 423-266-1959.  A purchase order should be issued to PROforma Crescent as the supplier.  We must have a copy of the purchase order before processing your order.  You will be invoiced after the order has shipped, the terms will be net 30.

Can I place an order without an email address?
Yes. When you are requested to enter your E-Mail address, enter newcustomer@kdp.com and continue to complete the order form
 

 

How long does it typically take for products to be delivered once they are ordered?

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Our standard mode of shipment is UPS Ground and is calculated and added to your order at time of checkout. Next business day delivery can also be selected at checkout. Orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or other locations outside the continental US will incur additional shipping charges. To obtain this information, please contact us via email at info@procrescent.com or phone us toll free at 800-816-7246.  Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday.


Delivery to the eastern, southeastern or midwestern areas of the US will require 2 to 3 business days. Delivery to the western portions of the US will require 4-5 business days. A notice that your merchandise has shipped will be sent to your email address providing you with tracking information and the arrival date.

How do I order items not listed on the KDP store site?
In addition to the stock items listed in this catalog, we have a virtually unlimited number of items which can be ordered. Please call, fax or use the Contact Us email form to make your request.
 

 

What is the policy regarding returns, exchanges or damages during shipment?


Please check your order upon receipt.  No refunds or exchanges after 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  All regalia sales are final.  Publications have a 30 day return policy from the date of shipment and require prior written approval for returns.  All returned books must be in PERFECT CONDITION.  Shipping and handling is non-refundable.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If your merchandise is damaged in shipment, please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment at 800-816-7246 for instructions.


 
 

How do I know that my order was received?
Upon receipt of your electronic order, a confirmation notice will be sent to the email address specified in the order. This notice will include an order number you should reference in any subsequent questions regarding your order.

How do I pay for merchandise?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by check. The instructions for paying by check are found on the checkout screen.
 

 

I need something to help promote a special program or event (ie. fundraiser). What should I do?
Contact us by phone or E-mail. We will gladly work with you to research new ideas and products. We need your input and welcome the opportunity to work with you on a personal basis.

What is available for us to wear at graduation?
Brand new this year, in addition to the honor cords, we have a KDP medallion and ribbon and a KDP Honor Stole.
 

 

What items do I order for an Orientation Meeting?
The Membership Benefits Brochure, the Reasons to Get Involved Bookmark and the Frequently Asked Questions Bookmak are used for an orientation meeting.
 

 

What items do I order for an Initiation?

Order Initiate Applications for each potential member to fill out before initiation. With the applications, you will receive one new initiate cover letter, one new initiate cover sheet and one self-addressed envelope. After initiation send the top portion of the initiate sheet and cover letter plus a check for $38.00 x the number of members initiated to Kappa Delta Pi Headquarters.

At the initiation each member must receive the Membership Information Booklet and a Society Membership Certificate.

Other items that may be purchased but are not mandatory for initiation include: Cloisonne Pins, Program Covers with Tassel, Society Creeds, Two-Pocket Folders, Gold Foil KDP Seals and Chapter Member Certificates.

Must I use the invitations to invite potential members?
No, these are an option as well as the Society Letterhead and Society Envelopes.
 

 

What other ceremony enhancements are available?
You can purchase candles, a banner (two sizes available) and a table cloth.
 

 

Where do I find the script for the initiation?
This is found in the Ceremonies and Rituals booklet sold in the KDP Store.

To whom do we give an Hononary Membership Certificate?
An honorary membership certificate is given to someone who is not in education and would not qualify to join the chapter as a member. For instance, if your chapter works closely with the pizza guy in town and you want to honor him, you present him with an honorary certificate and an honorary membership. The honorary membership costs $50.00 per year. If you want to honor a faculty member or area teacher you can pay for a one-year membership for them ($38) and they are initiated just like potential members and receive a Society Membership Certificate.
